All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on masque.chat were eighteen years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.

Who may appear

Masque requires members to upload only media they make of themselves. Every member must pass an independent government-ID, liveness, and adulthood check before Masque accepts a new upload. This applies to free and paid uploads, including during the beta. Operator approval and beta admission do not replace government-ID verification.

• Identifiable depicted-person media may show only the verified account holder who submits it.
• Co-performer, collaborator, guest, compilation, reposted, agency-supplied, and third-party depicted-person media is prohibited.
• Uploads remain quarantined and unavailable until required provenance, safety, evidence, and delivery checks complete.

Creators are the primary producers

Each creator makes their own depiction, decides its content, and is the primary producer of it. Creators are responsible for creating and keeping the records the law requires of a primary producer for their own work, and Masque requires them to do so in the Creator Terms.

What Masque keeps, and who holds it

Masque keeps a records set for every uploader: the adult verification and its date, the account and its permanent handle, every depiction with its date of original production, the uploader's attestations, and an index cross-referencing each depiction to the uploader who made it. That set is maintained by the custodian named below.

The identification document, the legal name, and the date of birth are held by the independent identity provider that performed the check, not by Masque, and the records set carries the provider identifiers needed to retrieve them. Masque receives one fact from that check: that the account belongs to a verified adult. Masque does not collect, receive, or store identification images, legal names, or dates of birth.

Creator obligations

Creators must provide truthful records requested through the approved private workflow, keep required source records for the applicable period, and promptly report any error. Do not place legal names, identity documents, tax details, or custodian records in a public profile, chat, menu, or ordinary support message. False, missing, altered, or unverifiable records can result in rejection, removal, sales and payout holds, suspension, or reporting where required.

Masque's records boundary

Masque stores the minimum structured evidence needed for eligibility, provenance, inspection, takedown, and legal response, with restricted access and audit logs. The identity provider's adult attestation does not automatically satisfy every producer recordkeeping duty. Creator uploads cannot launch merely because identity verification is working.

Inspection and legal requests

Requests concerning records should go to the custodian named above. Legal supportcan help route a request. Masque's business line is (505) 407-6066; it reaches the company, not a records desk, and a call does not by itself open an inspection. Masque verifies authority and scope before disclosing private records and preserves an audit trail. Emergency or law-enforcement requests follow Masque's separate legal-response process.

No expansion without a new workflow

Masque may not expand beyond self-only depicted-person media until co-performer identity and adulthood verification, granular consent, content-to-performer linkage, consent revocation, records custody, access control, and takedown workflows have been reviewed, implemented, and tested. A policy edit alone is not sufficient.
