The engraved iconography across Masque (masks, keys, doors, seals, and the rest) is by Lorc and Delapouite via game-icons.net, used under CC BY 3.0, recolored to match the house.

The masquerade photograph on the landing page is licensed stock photography. The masked ball on the creators page is Charles Hermans’s Bal masqué (1880), in the public domain.

Voice clips are turned into MP3s in your own browser by lamejs, a JavaScript port of the LAME encoder, used unmodified under the GNU Lesser General Public License 3.0. The attribution and the license text are at that link, and the encoder is fetched only when you record.

These policies are under review by counsel and may be revised; each page shows its version and date. The DMCA designated agent named on the Copyright page is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Paid features open only once that review is complete.
