These Creator Terms supplement the Terms of Service and are Masque's written content-provider agreement. Creator functionality remains fail-closed until its safety, processor, legal, and payout gates are active.

1. Who these terms bind

A "content provider" is any account that does at least one of the following, whether or not creator tools are activated:

• publishes or uploads media to any audience beyond an ordinary private one-to-one conversation, including to a salon, hall, group, showcase, or published work;
• sells, offers for sale, or accepts payment for any content, subscription, custom work, or session; or
• uploads a reference photo for AI portrait generation, when that intake is enabled.

Performing any of those acts makes you a content provider bound by these Creator Terms. Payment-network standards treat a member who uploads media for AI generation as a content provider, so the consent, age-verification, records, and removal sections below apply to the AI-reference path even though it involves no sale.

2. Creator eligibility and account operation

• You must remain an effectively verified adult in good standing and complete any required processor, tax, payout, sanctions, and records onboarding.
• Only the verified account holder may operate the account, communicate with buyers, create content, accept requests, and mark delivery. No agencies, assistants, chat teams, undisclosed performers, or delegated logins.
• You must keep legal, tax, payout, and records-custodian information accurate and private from other members.

3. Lawful use and card-network standards

• You must not use Masque for any activity that is illegal in a jurisdiction relevant to you, to Masque, or to a depicted person, or that facilitates illegal activity by anyone else.
• You must not submit content or conduct activity that violates the published standards of the card networks, expressly including the Visa rules and the Mastercard rules and standards for adult-content merchants, or the requirements of Masque's payment processors and acquirers.
• Masque may remove content and enforce against activity that violates those standards even where the activity is otherwise lawful.

4. Initial self-only content release

At initial launch, identifiable depicted-person media must show only you, the verified account holder. You may not publish co-performer, collaborator, guest, compilation, reposted, purchased, agency-supplied, or third-party depicted-person media, even if you believe you possess consent. Masque may expand this rule only after a separate performer-verification, consent, revocation, and records workflow is certified.

5. Consent records for every person depicted

Before submitting content that depicts any person, you must obtain that person's written consent and keep it on record. Consent must cover each of the following separately:

1. consent to be depicted in the content; and
2. consent to the public distribution of the content and to the upload of the content to Masque.

Masque provides no download functionality for member or creator media. If Masque ever offers content for downloading by other users, written consent from every depicted person to have the content downloaded will be required before that content may be made downloadable.

You must retain these consent records for as long as the content remains on Masque and for any longer period law or Masque policy requires, and you must produce them promptly when Masque, its payment processors, or a card network reviewing Masque requests them. During the initial self-only release, intake records your affirmative attestations for the only person who may appear: you.

6. Age and identity verification of every person depicted

You must verify the identity and age of every person depicted in your content and confirm that every depicted person is an adult at least 18 years old. That verification must be supported by a government-issued identification document, and you must keep the supporting documents on record and produce them promptly when Masque, its payment processors, or a card network requests them. During the initial self-only release the only permitted depicted person is you, and Masque's identity-verification provider performs a government-ID, liveness, and adulthood check on every account before publishing is possible.

7. Rights, provenance, and records

• You must own or control the necessary copyrights, publicity rights, trademark rights, and permissions for every submission.
• You must preserve accurate source, creation-date, identity, age, and records-custodian information where law or Masque policy requires it.
• You must not falsify provenance, remove safety markings, upload stolen or leaked material, or submit synthetic intimate depictions of a real person without lawful, specific consent.
• You authorize Masque and its safety providers to quarantine, transform, hash, scan, compare, restrict, preserve, and review content as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

8. Depicted-person removals and takedown cooperation

Any person depicted in content on Masque may request its removal. You must cooperate with Masque's review of such a request, including producing the consent and age records described in sections 5 and 6 when asked. If consent for a depicted person cannot be established, or is void under applicable law, the content is removed with immediate effect. You must also cooperate with the complaint, takedown, and intimate-image removal processes described in the Community and Content Rules, and you must not resubmit content Masque has removed under them.

9. Menus, custom requests, and delivery

• Describe each item, price, expected deliverable, limitations, and timing honestly.
• A buyer's request is not accepted until you affirm the scope and deadline through Masque. Decline anything unclear, unsafe, illegal, or outside your boundaries.
• Do not accept a custom order unless you can reasonably meet the displayed deadline. Do not mark it delivered until the agreed deliverable is available through the recorded order.
• Changes to scope, price, or deadline require the buyer's recorded agreement. Off-platform side deals are not protected by Masque.
• Missed, undelivered, prohibited, or materially misdescribed orders are subject to refund review under the Purchases Policy. Completed orders may also be refunded following a case review, a processor decision, or applicable law. Production or delivery does not prevent a refund.

10. Pricing, earnings, and payout

• You choose permitted prices within displayed limits. Masque discloses buyer charges and creator earnings before activation.
• Earnings are not final until the payment settles and applicable reserve, dispute, refund, chargeback, tax, and safety periods pass.
• Masque may offset refunds, reversals, chargebacks, processor fees, taxes, or amounts owed against future earnings where lawful.
• You are responsible for your taxes and for providing information required for reporting and payout.

11. Subscriptions and salon duties

A paid salon must state its price and renewal interval before confirmation. Do not hide a material access condition, misrepresent expected activity, or obstruct cancellation. Removing content, closing a salon, or blocking a subscriber may lead to a refund following a case review. Masque follows processor decisions and applicable law, including after access was supplied. Price changes apply prospectively only after required notice and renewed consent.

12. Enforcement and cooperation

Masque may pause sales or payouts, quarantine or remove content, cancel or refund orders, preserve evidence, request records, suspend creator status, or close an account for safety, fraud, rights, processor, tax, or legal reasons. You must respond truthfully and promptly to records, chargeback, safety, copyright, and legal requests. Nothing requires Masque to distribute content or continue a creator relationship.
