These rules apply to profiles, handles, messages, rooms, groups, salons, links, menus, orders, livestream-like sessions, and every image, video, audio file, or other submission on Masque.

Consent and personal boundaries

• Nobody owes another member a reply, attention, media, sexual conversation, purchase, or access. Respect a no, a block, silence, and stated boundaries.
• Do not pressure, manipulate, threaten, repeatedly contact, or retaliate against someone for declining.
• Do not redistribute, sell, post, or use another person's Masque content outside its intended audience without their specific permission.
• Access controls and audit logs do not make media screenshot-proof. Attempts to defeat controls or facilitate unauthorized copying are prohibited.

Adults only, without exception

• No person under 18 may hold an account, appear in submitted media, participate in sexual discussion, or be represented as available through Masque.
• No child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, age-play presentation that depicts or presents a person as a minor, or links or instructions to find such material.
• Do not download, copy, forward, or investigate suspected illegal material yourself. Report the exact location and leave it in place for restricted review.
• Masque may immediately restrict access, preserve evidence, and make required reports to appropriate authorities or reporting bodies.

Initial self-only media rule

During Masque's initial media release, media depicting an identifiable person may depict only the verified account holder who submitted it. Co-performer, collaborator, guest, compilation, reposted, agency-supplied, and third-party depicted-person media is not allowed, even if the uploader says everyone consented. Non-person artwork or scenery remains subject to rights and other content rules.

• The creator must own or control all required rights and be able to establish when and how the content was made.
• Do not upload hidden-camera content, voyeuristic content, leaked content, stolen content, intimate deepfakes, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Do not alter or remove provenance, safety, or age-record information to evade review.

Prohibited exploitation and illegal conduct

• Do not use Masque in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse. No exploitation, coercion, extortion, blackmail, sextortion, or recruitment for prohibited activity.
• No prostitution, escorting, or any paid in-person sexual encounter: no arrangement, advertisement, solicitation, payment, or facilitation of in-person sexual services. Masque is a chat and digital-content service, not a meetup marketplace.
• No sexual violence, bestiality, necrophilia, or content that depicts real non-consensual harm.
• No instructions, offers, or transactions involving illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, stolen financial data, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful goods or services.
• Trafficking, abuse-facilitation, and in-person-services violations end the account and freeze unsettled payouts where lawful, with evidence preserved and conduct reported to authorities where required.

Harassment, privacy, and authenticity

• No credible threats, stalking, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, or encouragement of violence.
• No doxxing or sharing home addresses, government identifiers, private contact details, financial information, or other sensitive personal data without authorization.
• No impersonation, deceptive account sharing, chat teams, fake verification claims, manipulated badges, or misrepresentation of who operates an account.
• No spam, scams, malware, phishing, credential collection, artificial engagement, or attempts to move a transaction off-platform to bypass safety or payment controls.

Menus, prices, and orders

• Describe an offering honestly, use the displayed price, and state meaningful limits before payment.
• Custom requests must remain within these rules. A creator may decline any request and must not accept payment for prohibited work.
• Do not promise a deadline you cannot reasonably meet, mislabel old or generic content as custom, or mark an order delivered without providing the agreed deliverable.
• Buyers may not use instructions, chargebacks, or reviews to coerce prohibited content or off-platform contact.

Enforcement

Masque may reduce distribution, quarantine or remove content, restrict a feature, issue a warning, suspend or ban an account, preserve evidence, hold unsettled earnings where lawful, and report conduct where required. Decisions consider severity, context, intent, repetition, evasion, and risk to others. Some actions may be appealed through the case notice; illegal-content preservation or reporting may continue during an appeal.

Complaints, removals, and response times

These commitments apply to every complaint about content that may be illegal or that otherwise violates Masque's standards, whoever sends it:

1. Anyone may report content, with or without a Masque account. Member reporting controls, the accountless intimate-image removal channel, and public support intake all reach the same reviewed queue.
2. Every such complaint is reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.
3. When a review yields evidence of illegal content, that content is removed or quarantined out of delivery immediately, pending any further review. It does not remain available while review continues.
4. A valid removal request for a non-consensual intimate image or a realistic intimate digital forgery is actioned within 48 hours, with reasonable efforts against known identical copies.
5. Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed immediately on discovery, preserved as the law requires, and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Suspected child exploitation is also promptly reported to ASACP, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection, whose Code of Ethics Masque operates under as a member.
6. Any person depicted in content on Masque may request its removal. Masque verifies the recorded consent for that person; if consent cannot be established or is void under applicable law, the content is removed with immediate effect. If Masque disagrees that consent is void, the disagreement is resolved by a neutral body at Masque's expense.

Report the specific thing

Use the report control on the message, media item, profile, group, or salon whenever possible. A report receives a case reference and preserves the selected item and limited relevant context. For non-consensual intimate media or a realistic intimate deepfake, anyone may use the accountless intimate-image removal form. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services as well as Masque.
