A creator who signs with a management agency hands over a third to a half of everything she earns, for four jobs: marketing, fan relationships, publishing, and guarding the work.
Masque builds those four jobs into the house. The tools are free, every one of them, and they are running today.
And when paid doors open, the house keeps a smaller share of a creator’s earnings than OnlyFans or Fansly does. The exact split is published in writing before any paid door opens, so you never build on a number you have not seen.

It starts with a salon: your own hall behind the verified door, with house rules you write and as many stewards as you want, appointed over the whole salon or over a single room. Around it, the four jobs, already running.
- Filling the house
- Missives reach every member of your salon as a real push notification, always labeled as a broadcast to the whole room, from you or from a steward you appoint, posting under their own handle. Chapbooks give a story you choose a house-reviewed public page, made to be linked from anywhere on the internet. Your profile carries a headline, albums, and a pinned post, and your salon has one invite link and a QR code.
- Knowing your regulars
- The audience desk ranks your people by what they deliberately do: messages, replies to you, poll votes, how long they have followed. A welcome note greets each member once when they join, and an away reply answers each conversation once while you are gone, both labeled as automatic so neither is ever mistaken for you typing. Pin the five conversations that matter most, run polls, and slow a room down when it runs hot.
- Publishing the work
- The atelier is a writing suite for work up to novella length, with series, tags, content warnings, drafts, and scheduled release onto your shelf. Your salon carries a feed with votes and comments, a gallery, and up to ten rooms. A media vault holds your originals, and the house paints your salon's scene artwork for you, free.
- Guarding the work
- Nothing you post has a public URL. Access is checked before a single byte moves, the download button is gone, links expire, and referrers are stripped. Masque never tracks who views your work. You can unsend what you sent, and blocking removes the person, not a username.
Built into the same rooms.
Membership tiers you define, with rooms gated to the tier you choose: a higher tier opens every door below it. Paid photo and video posts with drop windows. A menu for custom orders and booked one-to-one sessions. Priced works on the shelf, and a library where fans keep what they buy. All of it is designed into the salon you already run, not bolted on by a middleman with a percentage.
The honest part
One list, so nothing above needs an asterisk.
- Checkout, memberships, paid posts, custom orders, and payouts are closed today. No charge is accepted until the payment and payout rails, tax onboarding included, are certified end to end, and the exact split is published in writing before any paid door opens.
- Masks hold inside the house. Payment, tax, and identity providers process what the law requires, and we cannot promise anonymity from them, from valid legal process, or from someone who recognizes work you have shown elsewhere. Share what you are comfortable having recognized.
- Verification proves every fan is a real adult. It cannot prove intent, so blocking and reporting stay one tap away.
- No platform can stop every screenshot. We remove the download button, expire the links, and will not pretend otherwise.
Everyone at your table is real.
Verified at the door. Every fan past the public square passed an independent government ID and 18+ check. A free account can knock on your door or buy a seat you chose to sell, and reaches nothing else of yours.
Masked, even to your fans. They see your handle, your mask, and what you choose to publish. Your legal name is never shown to another member.
A watched door. Blocking is immediate and silent. Reports receive a case reference and enter a severity-based review queue.
