The one room of Masque the whole internet can see. Everything here was posted by a real member, signed with their handle, knowing it stands in daylight. The rest of the house is behind the door.
It took a lot longer than any of us wanted, but Masque is officially approved for payment processing (separate from bank approval!). I owe you all an apology for the wait. We honestly didn’t know approval would take this long. We’ve been told it’s standard for the industry, which doesn’t make it any less frustrating, and I’m sorry we kept you hanging. So what happens now? We get our API credentials on Wednesday, and that’s when we start building payments into the site. The plan is to go fully live with real payments in January. I know things have gotten quiet around here. That’s partly by design, since the beta is over and we’ve been heads down on this. But nobody’s losing their account. Everyone who joined during the beta gets to keep theirs. One more thing for creators. A lot of platforms make you wait weeks before you can touch what you’ve earned. We’re building a way for you to get your money faster than that, and we’ll share more once it’s ready. Thanks for sticking with us through all of it. More soon.

Hello lovelies! BIG update. We have full bank approval now! We are still waiting on our payment processors but we are hoping by the end of next week we will have both in place so we can really start the roll out. This beta has been so much fun for us, to think it’s just the start..! As always please message me or Masqueman if you come across a bug or feature you want us to investigate! You may have seen we’ve added dares. I know I’ve been having some fun with that. Thank you as always for being part of our community. We’ll keep you posted as we finish the payment processor approval.

Of the 43 first time wives I have introduced to the lifestyle. I have had 42 repeat dates, chats, drinks, whatever. Hi everyone. Another weekly update. Four topics this week: the beta as it stands, the production go-live, agencies, and payments. THE BETA CONTINUES We have stopped marketing the beta. We are at roughly 110 members across fans and creators, and that is plenty to test what the site can do. If you find an error, or something just feels wrong, please reach out to team@masque.chat, @therealscarlett , or me directly. We will keep making changes through the beta. Two things you will see in the coming weeks: Boons: custom requests from fans to creators. Think Cameo, but for adults. Creators running advertisements. PRODUCTION GO LIVE Go-live is on target for fall 2026. That is when the full push starts: marketing, press releases, influencer partnerships, and showing up at regional adult, swinger, munch, and lifestyle events to get the word out. If there is an event you think we should be at, tell us. We expect to publish a calendar of the events we are attending in the coming days. We are a husband-and-wife team, so our funds are not unlimited the way a VC-backed startup's are. This is our passion, though, and we are putting almost all of our own money behind it. FOR CREATORS: AGENCIES We are going to work with a few select agency partners to build agency portals where they can manage their talent. What we will not do is open the door to the big agencies that turn into bot farms and chat farms. We want real interaction and real content between fans and creators, and we plan to reward the creators who actually talk to their fans over the ones whose agencies do it for them. At the same time, a few larger creators have taught us that a platform with no agencies at all will not survive. So we are trying to find the good ones, not the predatory ones. Worst case, we find none, we interview them all, and they become our anti-agency marketing. PAYMENTS We have chosen our two vendors, one for payments and one for payouts, and both are auditing the site right now. Once the audits are complete and we have worked through whatever changes they need to see, we can start running test payments and test payouts. We have already identified five creators to work with on those tests. If you want to be involved and have not heard from us, let us know. WHERE THINGS STAND Growth has slowed, which we expected once we stopped reaching out to people to join the beta. What matters more to us is that the people who are here keep talking to each other, and they do: messaging between existing members has held steady week over week, with no new outreach behind it. A NOTE TO OUR BETA MEMBERS We are still working out how to make your joining equitable. Your decision to come in early and help us work out the kinks has been immensely helpful to us. We do not want to announce something big the way other platforms have and then fail to deliver on it. We want everyone to be excited, to feel like they were part of something, and to feel fairly treated for how they helped. So keep having fun, keep giving us feedback, keep posting.
