Preparing the room…
Masque is an 18+ platform where every member is verified as a real adult. You must be 18 or older to enter.
All models were 18 or older at the time of depiction.
No birthday, no document, no account: the button just sets one cookie so we do not ask you again.
By entering you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Safe adult chat
Masque is adult chat built around verification: every room past the public square holds only adults who passed an independent 18+ and identity check, nobody sees your name, and a verified member you block cannot come back as somebody new. Not a promise of safety. A door, a mask, and consequences.
1
Joining takes a handle and a password. A free account gets the Town Square and the right to knock on a door, and nothing past that.
2
The 18+ and identity check happens at an independent provider that keeps the documents. A banned account cannot be replaced with a fresh email and a smile.
3
Inside, your attention is opt-in. No open DMs, no strangers in your thread, nothing in front of you that you did not allow.
Most platforms perform safety: a report button that leads nowhere, a ban that lasts as long as it takes to open a new account, guidelines nobody is held to because enforcement costs users. The record of how that goes for adults who post intimate things is public, and we keep it, with citations, on our Why Masque page.
The honest version starts by admitting what cannot be controlled. We cannot make the internet kind, cannot stop a camera pointed at a screen, and will not tell you otherwise. What a platform can control is who gets in, what it costs to be removed, and how much of you is exposed while you are here.
Getting past the public square costs a real identity, checked by a company that does nothing else. Being removed costs it back: a block or a ban on a verified member lands on the person, and a new username does not resurrect them. A free account never gets closer to you than a chat request you can decline, and those requests arrive in their own section of your inbox. And what is exposed while you are here is a mask you chose. Masque will never be the reason anyone finds out who you are.
The rest we publish. Aggregate numbers, what we can do, and what we cannot, on the transparency ledger, so the sentence above stays checkable instead of becoming a slogan.
Safer by design, and we are careful with that word. Every member past the public square passed an independent 18+ and identity check, nobody sees your name, and a block on a verified member removes the person rather than the username. What no platform can promise is that a screenshot never happens or a feeling never gets hurt. We publish what we can measure on the transparency ledger.
Everyone in a hall, circle, or salon past the Town Square passed an ID and selfie check with an independent verification provider first. Not a birthday dropdown, a document. The provider keeps the papers; Masque gets the yes. A free account affirms it is 18 or older at the door and reaches only the public square and a request you can decline, so the rooms where it matters are the rooms the document guards.
Members see a handle you chose. Masque holds your email address and nothing else about your legal identity; the documents live with the verification provider. Masque will never be the reason anyone finds out who you are.
Block them and they are gone from your world; report them and a person reviews it. If someone shares an intimate image without consent, the removal process on our safety pages works even for people who have no Masque account at all.
So you can see the room before you hand anyone an ID. A free account reads the Town Square and can knock on a door, and that is where it stops: every hall, circle, and profile past the square opens only to verified members. The door is still the product. It now stands one room further in, and a room anyone can walk back into after being thrown out is still not safer than the street, which is why the free account never reaches one.
